For hygiene and safety reasons, DivaLife does not accept returns on beauty or personal care items once opened.

Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, email support@yourdomain.com within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.
